Leadership is about how we live, not just what we produce. The Summit is an intentionally designed, restorative leadership development experience where Multiracial educators, helpers, and change-makers can exhale, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate community rooted in solidarity, care, and alignment.

Grounded in lived experience, informed by theory, and centered on practice, this Summit supports Multiracial leaders in developing the inner clarity and embodied leadership capacity to live fuller lives and contribute to a more liberated world—without abandoning themselves in the process.

Why now?

Because many Multiracial leaders are being asked to navigate monoracism, microaggressions, and fractured systems amid growing racial tensions without adequate support (often while facing pressure to suppress parts of ourselves to appease others).

Leadership is not extricable from liberation.

And leadership that lasts requires more than tactics—it requires community, reflection, and space to heal.

This event is open to all and centers the experiences of Multiracial, mixed-race, and biracial leaders.

We lead with curiosity and grace toward ourselves and one another, recognizing that access to language, healing, and cultural insights are not distributed evenly. No pre-requisite knowledge is needed to participate. We will enact consent-based repair mechanisms when/if harm happens.

To address your nuanced identity, uplift your story, and support your lived experience. … But everyone here is supported and encouraged to show up completely as themselves, in whatever way that is most meaningful to them. It is nerve wracking to put yourself out there in this magical space like...but it is also HEALING. It is so undeniably healing...to be in a community of individuals who can connect over similar experiences, wounds, self doubt, and strength. So please sign up for it.   • I've been to a lot of conferences over the years, but this one was different. Being surrounded by other multiracial leaders who understood so many of the same experiences made me feel seen in a way I hadn't expected. It felt like a safe space where people could be themselves, have honest conversations, and learn from one another. You could also tell how much thought Dr Hayley Haywood put into every part of the Summit. The sessions flowed really well, the speakers were excellent, and everything felt intentional. I left with new connections, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of purpose. If you're a multiracial leader or changemaker, I can't recommend this Summit enough. It's a special experience that stays with you long after it's over.
