Elevate Your Impact:

A Summit for Multiracial Changemakers

May 4-May 28, 2026

An invitation for belonging

Leadership is about how we live, not just what we produce. The Summit is an intentionally designed leadership development experience where Multiracial educators, helpers, and change-makers can exhale, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate community rooted in solidarity, care, and alignment.

Grounded in lived experience, informed by theory, and centered on practice, this Summit supports Multiracial leaders in developing the inner clarity and embodied leadership capacity to live fuller lives and contribute to a more liberated world—without abandoning themselves in the process.

Why now?

Because many Multiracial leaders are being asked to navigate monoracism, microaggressions, and fractured systems amid growing racial tensions without adequate support (often while facing pressure to suppress parts of ourselves to appease others).

Leadership is not extricable from liberation.

And leadership that lasts requires more than tactics—it requires community, reflection, and space to heal.

What to Expect

Come as you are. Take what you need.

Release what no longer serves you.
This is our collective exhale.

We blend guided reflection, open exploration, and engaging activities with content so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Intentional Structure

Our sessions prioritize compassion, learning, and autonomy—so you can show up as you are, when you can, and engage authentically in the process.

❋ Holistic Care as Leadership
❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

We lead with curiosity and grace toward ourselves and one another, recognizing that access to language, healing, and cultural insights are not distributed evenly. No pre-requisite knowledge is needed to participate. We will enact consent-based repair mechanisms when/if harm happens.

❋ A Supportive Space

This convening is for you if you are craving:

A space where your dynamic experience is encouraged, not erased

Connection with other Multiracial leaders who get it

Practical tools for navigating work, power, and identity in ways that feel aligned

A warm learning environment that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit

  • "Last year's Identity Consciousness Retreat for Multiracial leaders was a very eye-opening experience. It helped me retell my story, which since coming to this country has felt very fractured, in a more integrated way, outside of the labels others ascribe to me. Because of this experience, I feel more comfortable finding community with other Multiracial people and have found ways to learn a vocabulary that better describes my lived experience. I recommend you participate if you would like to connect your various identities and want to start practicing how to express your full self in more authentic ways aligned with your values."

  • "Thank you so much for giving me this incredible, irreplaceable gift. You have no idea how much it means to me, my heart, and my continued growth."

    Multiracial Caucus Participant

  • "This space has been so healing. This was the first time I identified out loud as biracial. Within an hour, I found myself telling family secrets I'd never shared with a soul. That's the power of belonging."

    Former Multiracial retreat participant

  • "I LOVED the opportunity to be in a space with folks who share similar experiences as me! It was so joyful and healing to share my own story and to have the opportunity to hear from others! Thank you for creating a space where I felt seen and whole. This was the best NCORE I have ever attended because of this space. […] I could have been in that room all day!"

    Multiracial Caucus Participant

  • "I appreciated the opportunity to speak directly with multiracial individuals about multiracial experiences, and to connect intentionally around the subjects that impact us. It was the first time in my 52 years that I have been in a room with that explicit goal."
